Therapy and Counseling

Your preliminary session is used to mutually explore, evaluate, and determine if there is a therapeutic “fit” and to mutually determine the frequency and approach of therapy. Your goals in therapy are identified and clarified in the first few sessions; a plan of action is formulated; homework and accountability are emphasized.
